I finally did it. I went to the gym. With some help from some friends and some encouragement from friends I found the get up and go to get their and get it done. I was able to do 1.36 miles for 25 min. and then did some weights. I did good. The weights were really hard. Was doing week 1 on the treadmill. I also had some encouragement from a client yesterday. Thank you! I really appreciate the vote of confidence and support that I feel from my friends and famiy.
I am headed off to Helena Montanta Friday with my daughter Lauren for another gymnastics competition. She loves this stuff and I am very proud of her. Abbi has a swim meet which she loves and so we won't be going as a family this weekend. My mom is comming up and she is getting us a great rate on our hotel. A senior discount! Yeah for the older generation. I remember when I was a senior in high school and I would show places my ID so that I could get a "senior" discount. Of course they never actually gave me one but I always gave myself props for the effort.
I also use to call Albertson's grocery store and ask when my dividend check was comming. I felt like if they wer going to sing Albertson's it's your store all the time then I should benefit from the profits. Never saw any of that also-- and they don't sing the song anymore. I am sure it isn't from me.

Just another Wednesday
Today was good. I am not totally sure yet what I am suppose to write here. Well, I guess I could say I stayed off sugar today. It was very hard, but I did it! Especially when I drove by those convenient stores. I am very bloated though today. I hope it will be gone by tommorrow. I have made some jewlery. My sister in law shaunna turned me on to it. So far every necklace and bracelet that I have made has fallen apart. Yikes!
Anyway, I think I got it figured out. I love to make the earrings. They are the funnest and they don't fall apart, yet... Anyway, I also decided with the jewlery that the scrapalicious people probably like to make the charms. So, this weekend I am bringing my stuff to do some charms.
Lauren is doing a gymnastics competition. She is pretty good. I hope she does well this weekend. I am enclosing a video of her doing her floor routine. I am very proud of her. She dedicates a lot of time to this sport and tries really hard to do her best. I am going to the competition in Twin Falls this weekend. We are going with My friend Darla and are staying at her sisters house. I am so grateful that she was willing to open her house to us. This will be her first official tournament. The first one we didn't goto because of a bad sprain she got the night before we were to goto Boise. She was really sad about that. So this weekend is her turn to shine. Below is a video of her doing a mock tournament with her team. She is doing her floor routine. In her division they give you the music and the steps to do. She really enjoys being on the team and loves to go. She puts in a lot of time in it.

Christmas Day 2007
Here is the video of the kids and grandpa talking about being excited about christmas!
The Quilt Grandma Gallian made for Berg for his room. He likes american flags. In fact when he was little he called them Miracle flags.

Happy New Year! Original Huh
Today I am committing to start taking care of myself and my body. I know it is hard. I am committing to have good food even at restaurants. I hope that my friends will help me to achieve this goal. I want to get to the next 5 K that I find. I want to be more organized with my food! I can do this. I want to do this. I want to look like those girls on Biggest loser that went from large to small in only a small time. I realize that will take a big commitment on my part. I will do it for 08!
